REFUND POLICY

All Ole Academy of Football Programmes are based on 40 weeks. Commitment is explained at enrollment. Payments are required twice per year and are intended to reflect the level of commitment.

Ole Academy of Football follows a strict ‘no refund’ policy for all missed sessions due to the following:

• general illness,
• family/educational holidays
• school commitments/ homework
• appointments eg: dentist or doctor
• players being overstretched due to other engagements
• severe breach of code of conduct

Instead, Ole Academy of Football welcomes and expects players to make up missed trainings on a different day, even at an alternative location. Please send an e-mail to inform us of when and where you will take advantage of this excellent service. Ole Academy of Football also provides many extra days for tournaments and friendly matches for you to take advantage of and enjoy their benefits. Ole Academy of Football reserves the right to offer the opportunity to participate in one of our Programmes in lieu of refunds.

Exceptions

Prolonged Sports Injury exceeding eight consecutive weeks.
Please send a letter to the Director with all relevant documentation. All cases will be considered individually.
